About Zeh

What is Zeh?
Zeh portrays the natural beauty of Pakistan. Our brand name is inspired from an area in Balochistan called Zeh, where onyx and other marbles were discovered decades ago. The story of the brand began in 2014 with a father’s idea of designing a table top made from green onyx with the help of his daughter. Sooner or later, the work evolved into producing a collection of marble platters and much more. Zeh began to transform into a design house, offering an array of marble ware and tables for national and international clientele.

Does Zeh Creations have an actual shop?
No. Zeh Creations is an online store. However, we do stock at different outlets. If you are interested in booking an appointment with a Zeh Consultant or would like to view the collection in person, kindly leave a message and we will book an appointment for you.

We accept Cash on Delivery, payment via either Bank Transfer and Credit Card.

Yes, we have secured our site via various software.
When will I receive my refund?
In 15-20 working days. (Exception for early payment can be done)

What exactly happens after ordering?

As soon as we receive your order, we will start processing it for delivery. Once the order has reached us, you will receive an email confirmation from our end and it will be delivered to you within the usual delivery time frame. Our Zeh team will also be available via e-mail and phone to assist you.

For international deliveries, you will be provided with a tracking number.

Can I cancel my order once I have placed it?<br />
Yes, however it depends on the time frame and whether or not the product has been dispatched. You can call on 0300-2873030 for assistance.
What should I do if one of the items I receive is different from the one I ordered?

Please notify us immediately after you receive it. We will replace the wrong item with the right one as soon as possible without any extra charges.

What should I do if I receive my order and it is broken or damaged?

Shipping & Returns

How do you calculate the shipping costs for my order?
Our shipping costs are calculated in accordance with the weight of the item you purchase.

Our charges are based on courier services’s rates and handling charges.

In how many days will I receive my order?

Generally we ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours of order placement. Please note that furniture items may take up to 3 weeks.

In most instances the shipment reaches customers within 5 to 7 business days. Delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, you will be notified.

Please note if the product is out of stock then delivery may take up to 10 to 14 days.

Can I return/exchange my order?

We do not permit any returns, exchanges, price adjustments or cancellations.
